My order arrived not as expected—can I get a refund?
Please review the listing details and photos first. If the concern is clearly shown or stated in the listing, returns are accepted as long as the item is sent back in its original condition and packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
If there was an error on my end (incorrect item sent, damage, or a defect affecting performance), please email enchantingtidesco@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos. Once approved, a return label will be provided and a refund issued.
All items are documented prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and quality.
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in a different condition than sent, empty, or with unverifiable claims, additional fees may apply and future purchases may be declined.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes for delivered items will be contested with supporting documentation, including shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and pre-shipment item records.
Handmade Disclaimer
All molds are handmade and made-to-order, not machine manufactured. Because of this, minor cosmetic variations may occur, such as slight edge irregularities or the occasional stray speck from the crafting process.
Each mold is cleaned, inspected, and tested before shipment to ensure it performs as intended. These small variations are purely cosmetic and will not affect the final cast.
